ICB Corporate Disclosure — 13 November 2022

(Continuation news of ICB): Reason for deviation in NOCFPS: NOCFPS declined in current year compared to previous year due to increase in payment against deposits. The Corporation has also informed that i) Bonus shares have been recommended to utilize retained amount as capital for business expansion. ii) Bonus shares are declared out of current year profit. (ICB-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): NOCFPS-এ বিচ্যুতির কারণ: আমানতের বিপরীতে অর্থপ্রদান বৃদ্ধির কারণে আগের বছরের তুলনায় চলতি বছরে NOCFPS কমেছে। কর্পোরেশন আরও জানিয়েছে যে i) বোনাস শেয়ারগুলি ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য মূলধন হিসাবে ব্যবহার করার জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে৷ ii) চলতি বছরের লাভের বাইরে বোনাস শেয়ার ঘোষণা করা হয়। (চলমান 2)
