The Company has further informed that, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 08, 2023 at 3:30 PM instead of November 06, 2023 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2023.
