Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.11.2023 regarding dividend declaration for the year ended June 30, 2023, the Company has further informed that they have not yet received consent from the BSEC till today regarding their declaration of 2.5% Stock Dividend. So, the record date as on 29.11.2023 shall be applicable for cash dividend only
