(Continuation news of ICBEPMF1S1): As per paragraph 14 of the IAS 37 (Provisions, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets), a provision shall be recognized when an entity has a present obligation (legal or constructive) because of a past event and when payment is probable and the amount can be estimated reliably. However, the provision made during the year in note 10.01 amounting to Tk. 28,000,000 as Addition to the Provision for Unrealized Losses on Investment in (cont.4)
