ICBIBANK Corporate Disclosure — 5 April 2023

The auditor of the ICB Islamic Bank Limited has given the "Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 31 December 2022. "Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern: We draw users' attention to Note 3.3 in the financial statements which shows, the Bank has an accumulated loss of Tk. 19,488.66 million for the year ended 31 December 2022; Negative equity of Tk. 12,306.48 million as at 31 December 2022 (cont.1)
