Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.03.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances the Annual General Meeting of the company will now be held on 08th July 2024 at 10.30 a.m. instead of 11th July at 10.30 a.m. through Hybrid System, at TCB Auditorium, TCB Bhaban (1st Floor), Karwanbazar, Dhaka1215.
