The Board of Directors has recommended No Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company has reported EPS of Tk. (1.42), NAV per share of Tk. (20.78) and NOCFPS of Tk. (1.43) for the year ended December 31, 2024 as against Tk. (0.85), Tk. (19.36) and Tk. 0.77 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2023. The company has informed that record date and date of the 38th AGM of the company will be notified later since Bangladesh Bank dissolved the Board of Directors of the company.
