(Cont of IDLC): ii) The proposed dividend declared for the year 2020 is 754,101,560 (stock and cash). The balance of Retained Earning as on December 31, 2020 amounted to Tk. 6,209,997,420 which is sufficient to cover the dividend payment for the year. Thus, no distribution out of share premium or any other reserve (such as share premium or revaluation reserve) is required. iii) The post dividend retained earnings will remain positive. (end)
