The company has further informed that the reasons for declaration of stock dividend are as follows: i) The Company has been achieving strong balance sheet growth (8.08% in 2020) with sustainable and growing portfolio size. The Company plans to continue similar growth momentum in the future. As a result, the board believes it is prudent to conserve capital in order to fund future business expansions.
