With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.01.2019 regarding issuance of Non-Convertible Zero Coupon Bonds, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given consent amounting to BDT 2,550 Million through private placement. Denomination of the bond is Tk. 1.00 million each and the tenure is up to 5 years within the range of 7.00% p.a. (cont.)
