With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 30.10.2013) regarding setting up of a wholly-owned subsidiary Company of IDLC Finance Limited for establishing an Asset Management Company (AMC), subject to the approval of BSEC, the Company has further informed that recently Bangladesh Bank issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the Company for the establishment of the AMC.
