IDLC Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of IDLC): ii) The proposed dividend declared for the year 2021 is 791,806,638 (stock and cash). The balance of Retained Earning as of December 31, 2021, amounted to Tk. 7,256,707,485 which is sufficient to cover the dividend payment for the year. Thus, no distribution out of share premium or any other reserve (such as share premium or revaluation reserve) is required; iii) The post dividend retained earnings will remain positive. (end)
