IDLC Record Date Disclosure

The Company has requested the shareholders to update their respective BO Accounts with 12 digits e-TIN number, Bank Account, email address, mailing address, contact number (mobile phone) through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the Record Date. Advance Income Tax @ (15% instead of 10%) will be deducted from eligible cash dividend, if anyone fails to update his respective BO Account with the 12 Digit TIN before the Record Date.
