IDLC Corporate Disclosure — 1 June 2022

The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to commence Shariah compliant business operations under Islamic Finance window, subject to the approval of relevant Regulatory Authorities. The operation of Shariah compliant business will run simultaneously with existing operations.
