(Continuation news of IDLC): have been resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In this regard, the company is able to release excess tax provisions from the previous years and the amount will be finalized after the final assessment by the Deputy Commissioner of Taxes (DCT) in accordance with the decision specified in the agreement among three parties.
