Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 01.06.2022 regarding decision to Launch Islamic Finance Window, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has provided no objection to commence the Islamic Shariah-based Financing Business under the Islamic Finance window by amending relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the company. The operation of Shariah-compliant business will run simultaneously with existing operations.
