The Company has further informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on March 12, 2024 at 2:30 PM instead of earlier declared March 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023. Please ignore the previous news disseminated today (06.03.2024) in this regard.
