IDLC Corporate Disclosure — 13 May 2024

(Cont. news of IDLC): In consolidated financial statement, NOCFPS for the period ended March 31, 2024 is BDT (17.53) which was BDT (6.69) in the same period of the previous year. The primary reason behind this variance is the increase in cash generation from loans & advances by BDT 3,232 million, from operating activities by BDT 637 million which is offset by decrease in cash generation from terms and other deposits by BDT 1,109 million, (cont.2)
