The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on April 08, 2025 at 3:00 PM instead of earlier declared March 23, 2025 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.
