IDLC Corporate Disclosure — 15 April 2025

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on April 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared April 13, 2025 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৯(১) অনুসারে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা এখন ১৩ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে ঘোষিত তারিখের পরিবর্তে ১৭ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৪:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, অন্যান্য বিষয় বিবেচনা করা হবে।
