IDLC Corporate Disclosure — 19 May 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance credit rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
