IDLC Dividend Disclosure

(Cont. news of IDLC): The company has declared stock dividend out of the accumulated profit or retained earnings. The company has not declared stock dividend from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of the company or through reducing paid up capital or through doing anything so that the post-dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance. (আইডিএলসি-র খবরের ধারাবাহিকতা): কোম্পানিটি পুঞ্জীভূত মুনাফা বা সংরক্ষিত আয় থেকে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা করেছে। কোম্পানিটি মূলধন সঞ্চিতি বা পুনর্মূল্যায়ন সঞ্চিতি বা কোনো অবাস্তবায়িত লাভ বা কোম্পানি প্রতিষ্ঠার পূর্বে অর্জিত মুনাফা থেকে বা পরিশোধিত মূলধন হ্রাস করে বা এমন কোনো কাজ করে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা করেনি, যার ফলে ডিভিডেন্ড-পরবর্তী সংরক্ষিত আয়ের ব্যালেন্স ঋণাত্মক বা ডেবিট হয়ে যায়। (ধারাবাহিক ৩)
