IDLC Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2026

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance credit rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং প্রদানের তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটির সার্ভিল্যান্স ক্রেডিট রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AAA" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-1" হিসেবে নিশ্চিত করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও প্রদান করেছে।
