The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to purchase 90 decimal land situated at Belishor, Sutipara, Dhamrai, Dhaka (adjacent to the factory), at a cost of Tk. 1,13,53,000.00 (including all land development cost, registration fees and various expenses) for future expansion of the business and the amount shall be paid from own fund.
