IFADAUTOS Corporate Disclosure — 1 December 2021

The Company has informed the Board of Directors has decided to purchase a land measuring area of 199 decimal situated at (Mouza: Ghuni, Upazila: Jessore Sadar, District: Jessore) Jessore, for total consideration of BDT 3,18,10,000.00 only (including registration, land and building development cost, and other costs). This land will be used for the future expansion of the business of the Company.

কোম্পানিটি পরিচালনা পর্ষদকে জানিয়েছে যে (মৌজা: ঘুনি, উপজেলা: যশোর সদর, জেলা: যশোর) যশোরে অবস্থিত 199 দশমিক শূন্য ভূমি পরিমাপের একটি জমি ক্রয় করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র 3,18,10,000.00 টাকা বিবেচনায় (সহ রেজিস্ট্রেশন, জমি এবং ভবন উন্নয়ন খরচ, এবং অন্যান্য খরচ)। ভবিষ্যতে কোম্পানির ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য এই জমি ব্যবহার করা হবে।
