Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.11.2019 regarding issuance of Coupon Bearing Non-Convertible fully redeemable Bonds, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to revise the security clause of the Coupon Bearing Bond for BDT 300 crore as fully secured subject to approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
