Brokers Asked to Suspend Margin Loans for IFADAUTOS Shares

The Company has requested the concerned DPs to provide the details of margin loan holders (shareholders' name, BO ID, number of share, applicable tax rate, dividend amount, bank name, accounts no. etc.) who hold company's share subject to the record date to share department before AGM. The Company has also requested the Shareholders (other than company) to maintain and update their twelve-digit e-TIN number with depository participant, otherwise 15% (instead of 10%) tax will be deducted from cash dividend.

কোম্পানী সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিপিকে মার্জিন লোন হোল্ডারদের (শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নাম, বিও আইডি, শেয়ারের সংখ্যা, প্রযোজ্য করের হার, লভ্যাংশের পরিমাণ, ব্যাঙ্কের নাম, অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর ইত্যাদি) বিশদ প্রদান করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে যারা কোম্পানির শেয়ার ধারণ করে এজিএমের আগে বিভাগ শেয়ার করার রেকর্ড তারিখ। কোম্পানিটি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের (কোম্পানী ব্যতীত) ডিপোজিটরি অংশগ্রহণকারীর সাথে তাদের বারো সংখ্যার ই-টিআইএন নম্বর বজায় রাখতে এবং আপডেট করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে, অন্যথায় নগদ লভ্যাংশ থেকে 15% (10% এর পরিবর্তে) কর কাটা হবে।
