(Continuation news of IFADAUTOS): out of BDT. 300.00 crores of Secured Coupon Bearing Bond (proposed) of IFAD Autos Limited to IFAD Multiproducts Limited (An associate company of IFAD Autos Limited) and BDT. 75.00 crores (25% of the fund) out of BDT. 300.00 crores to be utilized for working capital of IFAD Autos Limited subject to final approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
