Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.01.2023 regarding BSEC Consent for issuance of Non-Convertible Coupon-Bearing Bond. In this respect, the Commission has extended the validity of the Commission's consent letter ref: BSEC/CI/DS-193/2022/1165 dated January 23, 2023 for the issuance of IFAD Autos Ltd Secured Coupon Bearing Bond of BDT 300 crore for further 6 months from current expiry date. It is mentionable that all other conditions of the aforesaid consent letter shall remain unchanged.
