Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive the consent of "Stock Dividend" from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. Another record date shall be declared upon getting permission from the commission for entitlement of 1% stock dividend/bonus shares for the year ended June 30, 2024.
