Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Annual General Meeting will be held on December 27, 2025, at 12:30 pm. The meeting will be conducted by using Hybrid System, combining both digital and physical presence located at IFAD Autos Industrial Park, Sahabelishor, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
