This is for information of all concerned that the joint shareholding of Sponsors and Directors of IFIC Bank Ltd. is 37.16% (Sponsor/Director 4.4% + Govt. 32.75%) as on July 31, 2020. It is mentionable here that the Government is representing in the Board of the Bank by nominating 3 (three) directors as Sponsors/Promoters and Directors are at present holding 37.16% share.
