The Company has further informed that the Board has decided to hold AGM on 04.07.2019 instead of earlier declared date 29.06.2019 at 11:00 AM in the previous declared venue. Record date for AGM will remain unchanged. Moreover, the Board has also decided to hold an EGM to raise the Authorized Capital from Tk. 2,000.00 crore to Tk. 4,000.00 crore by way of making amendments (cont. 1)
