IFIC Corporate Disclosure — 14 February 2022

The Company has informed that they have decided to sell entire promoter shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBBL) held and owned by IFIC Bank Limited as of date to Ms. Sarika Chaudhary, resident of Ravi Bhawan, Kathmandu, Nepal at a purchase consideration of NPR 6,187,007,568 (Six billion, one hundred and eighty seven million, seven thousand, five hundred and sixty-eight Nepalese Rupees) subject to approvals of Nepal Rastra Bank and other regulatory authorities.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তারা নেপাল বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক লিমিটেড (NBBL) এর পুরো প্রোমোটার শেয়ার বিক্রি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যা IFIC ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের মালিকানাধীন এবং রবি ভবন, কাঠমান্ডু, নেপালের বাসিন্দা মিসেস সারিকা চৌধুরীর কাছে ক্রয় বিবেচনায় বিক্রি করবে। NPR 6,187,007,568 (ছয় বিলিয়ন, একশত আশি কোটি, সাত হাজার, পাঁচশো আটষট্টি নেপালী রুপি) নেপাল রাষ্ট্র ব্যাঙ্ক এবং অন্যান্য নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে।
