It may be mentioned here that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter No. BSEC/CI/DS-144/2021/442 dated 30 June 2021 and letter No. BSEC/CI/DS-180/2021/838 dated 01 June 2022 respectively accorded their consent for raising Tier 2 Capital of IFIC Bank PLC by issuing two 'Non-convertible, Unsecured Floating Rate Subordinated Bond(s)' of BDT 5,000 Million (BDT Five Thousand Million) (cont.2)
