IFIC Corporate Disclosure — 13 June 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its 887th meeting held on Wednesday, 12 June 2024, has taken decision to raise the Tier II capital of the company as per BASEL III guidelines by issuing Fully Redeemable, Non-convertible, Unsecured, Subordinated Zero-Coupon Bond subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC). Total issue price of the Bond will be BDT 6,000 million. (cont.)

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বুধবার, 12 জুন 2024 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার 887 তম সভায় সম্পূর্ণরূপে পুনরুদ্ধারযোগ্য, অ-পরিবর্তনযোগ্য, BASEL III নির্দেশিকা অনুসারে কোম্পানির দ্বিতীয় স্তরের মূলধন বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক এবং বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (BSEC) এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে অনিরাপদ, অধীনস্থ জিরো-কুপন বন্ড। বন্ডের মোট ইস্যু মূল্য হবে 6,000 মিলিয়ন টাকা। (চলবে)
