(Continuation news of ILFSL): Secretary (CS), a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Head of Internal Audit and Compliance (HIAC) and the respective positions shall be filled by different individuals. However, the Company has not appointed Head of Internal Audit and Compliance (HIAC) for the period from 4 December 2018 to 17 December 2019.
