(Continuation news of ILFSL): performance appraisal and any approval from the Board. Moreover, a total of 37 (thirty-seven) contractual employees were employed by the company in the year of our audit without any Board approval. In addition, no tax was also deducted from the payment of salary and allowance to the contractual employees of the company during the year 2019 which is non-compliance with Section 50 of Income Tax Ordinance 1984. 09.
