The Company has informed that BSEC has accorded its consent under provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012 for raising of Tier-II capital amounting to Tk. 200.00 crore only through issuance of Unsecured Fully Redeemable Subordinated Floating Rate Bond through private placement subject to obtaining approval from Bangladesh Bank.
