ILFSL Corporate Disclosure — 28 August 2022

(Continuation news of ILFSL): The Company has further informed that Net Profit After Tax has been increased by BDT 488.02 crore compared to last year. Reasons are as follows: i) Interest expense has been decreased by BDT 91.55 crore in comparison from the last year due increase of the cost of fund of the Company. ii)Operating expenses has been decreased BDT 3.31 crore as a result of decreasing salaries & allowances and other expenses. (ILFSL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে কর-পরবর্তী নিট মুনাফা গত বছরের তুলনায় ৪৮৮.০২ কোটি টাকা বেড়েছে। কারণগুলি নিম্নরূপ: i) কোম্পানির তহবিলের ব্যয় বৃদ্ধির কারণে গত বছরের তুলনায় সুদের ব্যয় 91.55 কোটি টাকা কমেছে। ii) বেতন ও ভাতা এবং অন্যান্য ব্যয় হ্রাসের ফলে পরিচালন ব্যয় 3.31 কোটি টাকা হ্রাস পেয়েছে। (চলতি 3)
