ILFSL Corporate Disclosure — 2 October 2022

(Continuation news of ILFSL): ii) Interest expense has been decreased by BDT 61.55 crore in comparison to the same period of last year due to decrease of the cost of fund of the company. iii) Operating expenses has been decreased by BDT 0.14 crore in comparison to the same period of last year due to decrease of legal expenses.
