(Continuation news of ILFSL): SEC/CMRRCD/2006-158/207/Admin/80 dated June 3, 2018 issued under section 2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969, the Audit Committee shall immediately report to the Board on any suspected or presumed fraud or irregularity or material defect identified in the internal audit and compliance process or in the financial statements. However, the audit committee was not informed any irregularities which needed to be reported to the Board for the (cont.18)
