(Continuation news of ILFSL): Participation Fund (WPPF) and Workers? Welfare Fund (WWF) within one month of being this chapter applicable if (i) The paid-up capital of the company as on the last day of its accounting year is one crore taka or more; and (ii) The value of the fixed assets of the company at cost as on last day of the accounting year is two crore or more. The Company is required to establish the WPPF and WWF to comply with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and as amended. (cont.23)

(ILFSL এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল (WPPF) এবং শ্রমিক? কল্যাণ তহবিল (WWF) এই অধ্যায়টি প্রযোজ্য হওয়ার এক মাসের মধ্যে যদি (i) কোম্পানির হিসাব বছরের শেষ দিনে পরিশোধিত মূলধন এক কোটি টাকা বা তার বেশি হয়; এবং (ii) হিসাব বছরের শেষ দিনে কোম্পানির স্থায়ী সম্পদের মূল্য দুই কোটি বা তার বেশি। কোম্পানিকে বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন 2006 এবং সংশোধিত হিসাবে মেনে চলতে WPPF এবং WWF প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে হবে। (প্রচলিত 23)
