ILFSL Corporate Disclosure — 2 October 2022

(Continuation news of ILFSL): 2. Reference Note # 8.4, no provision has been maintained to comply with the requirement of the FID circular no. 08 dated 03 August 2002 for the amount of BDT 13,500,001 paid as advances to a software provider which has been unadjusted for more than a year. This is non-compliance with the respective circular. Anyway, in our audit period we observed that the internal audit committee arranged their 69th and 70th audit committee meeting at (cont.24)

(ILFSL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): 2. রেফারেন্স নোট # 8.4, FID সার্কুলার নং এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেনে চলার জন্য কোন বিধান রাখা হয়নি। 08 তারিখ 03 আগস্ট 2002 একটি সফ্টওয়্যার প্রদানকারীকে অগ্রিম হিসাবে 13,500,001 টাকা প্রদান করা হয়েছে যা এক বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে সামঞ্জস্য করা হয়নি। এটি সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্কুলারের সাথে অ-সম্মতি। যাই হোক, আমাদের অডিট পিরিয়ডে আমরা দেখেছি যে অভ্যন্তরীণ অডিট কমিটি তাদের ৬৯তম এবং ৭০তম অডিট কমিটির বৈঠকের আয়োজন করেছে (চলবে.২৪)
