ILFSL Corporate Disclosure — 28 October 2024

The Company has further informed that the meeting scheduled to be held on October 27, 2024 at 3:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2024, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশনস, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুযায়ী 27 অক্টোবর, 2024 বিকাল 3:00 PM-এ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল, অন্যদের মধ্যে অ-অডিট করা বিবেচনা করার জন্য 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2024 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
