ILFSL Announces Management Change

With reference to the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh High Court Division (Company Matter No 299 2019), the company has informed that the Board of Directors of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) has been reconstructed by the Honorable court on March 25, 2025. According to the Court order, the newly reconstructed "Board of Directors" are as follows: 1. Mr. Md. Mahbubul Hoque, Court-appointed Independent Chairman in the Board (cont.1)

বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের (কোম্পানি ম্যাটার নং ২৯৯ ২০১৯) বরাত দিয়ে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, ইন্টারন্যাশনাল লিজিং অ্যান্ড ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিসেস লিমিটেড (ILFSL) এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৫ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে মাননীয় আদালত কর্তৃক পুনর্গঠিত হয়েছে। আদালতের আদেশ অনুসারে, নবগঠিত "পরিচালন পর্ষদ" নিম্নরূপ: ১. জনাব মো. মাহবুবুল হক, বোর্ডে আদালত কর্তৃক নিযুক্ত স্বাধীন চেয়ারম্যান (চলমান ১)
