Pre-IPO weighted average paid-up number of shares for 3 (three) months (October-December 2020) and 6 (six) months (July-December 2020) period ended on 31 December 2020 was 39,000,000 which was same for the same period of the previous year and Post-IPO paid-up number of shares would be 47,253,649.
