INTECH Corporate Disclosure — 8 February 2023

The auditor of the Intech Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: IFRS 16 introduces a single lessee accounting model and requires a lessee to recognize assets and liabilities for all leases with a term of more than 12 months, unless the underlying asset is of low value.
