As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 29, 2023 to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the First Quarter (Q1) at 02:30 PM, Second Quarter (Q2) at 03:00 PM and Third Quarter (Q3) at 03:30 PM for the period ended September 30, 2021, December 31, 2021 and March 31, 2022 respectively.
