INTECH Appoints Atiqul Alam Chowdhury as new Chairman

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of existing Chairman Barrister Mr. Khandaker Reza-E-Raquib and appointed Mr. Atiqul Alam Chowdhury as the new Chairman of the company. The Company has further informed that, Barrister Mr. Khandaker Reza-E-Raquib will continue as the Director of the company.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বর্তমান চেয়ারম্যান ব্যারিস্টার জনাব খন্দকার রেজা-ই-রকিবের পদত্যাগপত্র গ্রহণ করেছে এবং জনাব আতিকুল আলম চৌধুরীকে কোম্পানির নতুন চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে নিয়োগ দিয়েছে। কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে আরও জানানো হয়েছে, ব্যারিস্টার জনাব খন্দকার রেজা-ই-রকিব কোম্পানির পরিচালক হিসেবে বহাল থাকবেন।
